We had a comfortable stay with helpful staff. All our questions, concerns etc. were resolved and accommodated. We would stay there again. The restaurant had several choices for breakfast. The restaurant was also good for lunch/dinner. The only advise we would give - on arriving check in first at the restaurant level. At the reception upstairs there is usually no employee. We were helped with our luggage.

Another brilliant find on my recent trip was this charming hotel tucked away on a vibrant street with everything you could possibly need or want. The location was simply perfect, being on a lovely street that had a great atmosphere and was surrounded by an array of amenities. The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the door. The rooms were comfortable and the modern style was a breath of fresh air. The spacious bathroom was a wonderful bonus, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, providing a great start to each day. It was great value for money and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Located on a great street in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of food places and shops, about a 15 min. walk from downtown Old City. Rooms, small but very clean. Delicious full breakfast included. Quaint and charming.
Really no complaints. Its not luxury but it is delightful, clean, with a super staff!

Everything there was perfect. A safe, central heating and an iron available in the queen room. Reasonably spacious bathroom with a bathtub; incredibly helpful and excellent staff. Exceptionally nice location in Centre-Ville district just next door to restaurants and a liquor store. Also, on a vibrant street with an arty flair. Good experience there.

The b & b was very quaint and authentically French Quebec. Very close to the city walls and in a very safe street. The food in the cafe was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay - wish it had been longer. You won't be disappointed.

Great ambiance, nice and friendly staff, all helpful, it was clean, historic, locals seem to like it too which is appealing because it isn't "touristic", wonderful food, just a little off the tourist track, good beer
Nothing really. Parking was street parking, but it really wasn't a problem at all. Oh, it was noisy at the back at night with the air conditioners, and there was a lot of light at the back coming in through the curtains, but it is an in-town hotel and although we prefer "dark" and "quiet" at night, we were understanding of the location restrictions for that.

Friendly & accommodating staff, enjoyable and "happening" restaurant, tasty coffee.
A suggestion is to make some of the nice pastries from the boulangerie across the street available as breakfast options.
